Manchester United vs Liverpool prediction

Referee in this match is Anthony Taylor. He can be reckless with cards or the complete opposite. He either shows a lot of cards or very few. The players are the ones that usually decide the pace of A. Taylor for the day.

If we look at the importance of this match it’s fair to say that we will sooner see a larger number of cards rather than a smaller number. There are elite attacking players on both ends of the pitch. Defenders and defensive midfielders will both have their hands full.

Salah, Firmino, Sane, Jota, Cristiano, Cavani, Pogba, Sancho, Rashford… so many good names that can create opportunities from nothing, albeit some of United’s guys are doubtful. There’s the added pressure of this being a United x Liverpool rivalrly. Both fanbases are vocal against each other, and since the fans are back at the stands, we can expect a fierce atmosphere that will at least have some effect on the players.

United can’t afford themselves to lose another league game while Liverpool’s tight race for the top leaves no room for mistakes. Chelsea and City done their job and now it’s Liverpool’s turn.

Greece Vs Spain Match Preview and Prediction

Published

By

Key Stats

Greece need a win to keep their hope of participating in World Cup alive.

Greece are unbeaten in their last 11 home games, winning 6 and drawing 5.

Spain have won as low as three of their last 11 away games.

The last fixture between both teams finished 1-1 in Granada in March.

Greece and Spain meet in a World Cup qualifier on Thursday and the hosts looks likely to get a result out of the game

Greece are four points behind Spain in second spot and a win for them would keep their hopes of reaching the world cup alive.

Spain have not been able to win eight of their last 11 away matches, and with Greece unbeaten in 11 at home the hosts look a great price to get a result in the double chance market.

With home advantage, couple with the visiting team missing a few key attackers – such as Ferran Torres and Mikel Oyarzabal – the Greeks looks likely to get another result here.

Prediction: 2-2

Real Sociedad vs Sturm Graz Predictions

Published

on

By

Sturm Graz have lost all three of their group stage games, scoring just once.

Real Sociedad and unbeaten in 14 competitive matches.

Real Sociedad have won to nil on seven occasions this season, including four 1-0 wins at home.

Sturm Graz losing streak to continue

A 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao on Sunday extended Real Sociedad’s unbeaten run to 14 games in all competitions and all the signs suggest they can put another win on the board when they host Sturm Graz on Thursday.

The Spanish side beat Sturm Graz 1-0 in Austria last month and the visitors have been struggling ever since, losing their following three games to make it six losses and one win in their last seven outings in all competitions.

They have lost all three Europa League matches so far and scored just one goal in the process, which doesn’t bode well when they face a home side with a fantastic defensive record.

Isak to lead hosts to victory

Real Sociedad shipped four at Barcelona on the opening day of the season but have since conceded just nine goals in 14 matches. They have won to nil on seven occasions and all four of their home wins have been by a 1-0 scoreline, so I’m backing that on Thursday.

Those in the market for a goalscorer tip should consider Alexander Isak. The Swedish striker has hit a red-hot run of form lately with a goal in six of his last seven games for club and country, including the winner against Sturm Graz in October.
